How the Cleaning Request Works: Send us an e-mail. The following information is required (mandatory fields *):
- Company / Customer Information*: Your company name, address, and customer number (if applicable).
- Contact Person*: Name of the responsible person for any follow-up questions.
- Contact Details*: Email address and phone number where we can reach you.
- Container / Pallet Type*: Which items need to be cleaned? (e.g. Euro boxes, KLT crates, plastic pallets, lids).
- Quantity and Size*: How many units and what dimensions? (e.g. 50 pcs Euro containers 600×400 mm). If relevant, you can also specify your annual volume.
- Type of Contamination: What are the items dirty with? (e.g. dust, oil, food residue, label residue) this helps us estimate the cleaning effort.
- Requested Additional Services: Optional e.g. label removal, organising transport, sorting out defective items.
- Deadline: Optional by when do you need the cleaned containers returned? This helps us plan accordingly.
- Photo Upload: You can upload images to help us assess your request more accurately.
After You Submit your e-mail
Once you submit your e-mail, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team reviews your request and prepares a customised offer. We usually get back to you within 1–2 business days, either directly with the non-binding offer or with follow-up questions if additional information is needed. If you require cleaning at very short notice, please indicate this in your e-mail we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

No. Submitting a request through the form is completely non-binding and free of charge. It simply helps us understand your needs and prepare an offer for you. A job is only created once you receive our offer and actively confirm it. Until then, you have no obligations whatsoever.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
Very quickly. In most cases, we contact you within 1–2 business days with an offer or follow-up questions.
If it takes a little longer in rare cases (for example, with more complex projects), we appreciate your understanding, we want to tailor every offer carefully to your requirements.
